Yes you can.
I have PSR UEL's and Tanabe cat back, it's rather loud on song.
But with a tune, you can fix the cold start, Mine is pretty quiet while its warming up.

this is my exhaust for comparison, just make sure you listen on a something thats got some proper speakers, not a phone or laptop!)
