I would wonder about plugged cat as well... I'm wondering if the 'weird smell' I am experiencing on 93 after hard runs is the cat in the front pipe melting (running catless header). Nothing else seems to be overly hot... I suppose it could also be the supercharger oil burning off or something similar.

I do know of others running the 210 on stock headers though - so I can't imagine it is a huge problem. There have been other boosted folks who have melted the cat in the header through while FI (although that is usually only a problem with high-flow cats).

I'm doing OK on stock clutch thus far (and my clutch has 40k of wear). How many miles have you been running E85 on the 210, and how long did clutch last?

EDIT: Also been wondering if the burning smell could be brakes. I'm obviously on the brakes much harder when going more quickly. That's a question for another thread though...
