If you were hoping to just walk into a place and grab stuff off a shelf you'll be disappointed... there's nothing like a Super Autobacs or anything like that here. Most of the local shops don't have much of a display or inventory. As @
The Racers Line suggested your best bet is to contact them well in advance, figure out what you want to buy and have them order it so it's waiting for you when you arrive. To be honest you might want to figure out if it's even a real savings compared to ordering online or buying where you are from - keep in mind when you buy locally here you'll have to pay the local sales tax which is around 8-10% around the Bay Area.
