Also, I haven't been able to find good info on what is proper temperature for my RS3 v2's (or hardly any tire for that matter). The highest I saw was 135F. Sounds pretty low to me though ambient was pretty low at 50F.

Did you keep up your cornering speeds during your cool down lap? My guess your tires cooled down from that. I don't have first hand experience with the RS3's but ball park should be around 150F-190F
