This only counts for certain parts that change the way the engine breaths, or drinks, or fires (injectors, headers, cylinder bore, etc.), and won't matter so much for things like (obviously) cosmetic parts, or just a catback exhaust. For a supercharger, that for sure changes the way the engine behaves so you'd need a new tune. That would just mean you kinda spent extra money on a tune you only used for a bit. I'd recommend looking into the Jackson Racing supercharger, since you can buy it with a CARB legal tune that pops right on. That will work well for you, as long as you don't have any other modifications like a swapped header that would then further change the needed tune. Make sense?
