I've got almost 27k miles on Motul 300 so far, changed at 30k from OE fill, so 56k miles on the transmission.

Once warmed up the thing shifts fine, it's much happier at higher revs than <3.5k imo, it was designed that way. I'll be changing brands shortly for my next gear and LSD fluid change come this spring but I didn't think there was anything wrong with the Motul. Any observed differences in performance were marginal and likely placebo.
