I changed mine on my previous FRS to Motul because of hard shifts and grinds into 1st and 2nd, and it didnt make it better nor worse, it was still shitty.
On another note, apparently our transmission requires GL3 oil, and Motul 300 is GL4/GL5, so there are rumors of Motul destroying your synchros over time, so I won't be using it on my new FRS
