i realized it was consuming my life and almost every thing i did was getting effected. instead of enjoying things i spent too much time doing things to a specific number of times. i wanted to see someone about it but i was around 15 and didn't know who to talk to without sounding crazy. once realizing it i forced myself to stop doing certain things even if it felt like i needed to.. took awhile but i felt better.
