also just did this yesterday and i tried just below the brake pedal but found that there was almost immediate engagement off the floor, which i dont personally dig so i set mine at ever so slightly higher than the brake - there's a tiny bit of play at the top of the travel now, but the engagement point feels sooooooooo much nicer where im not pausing hitting the gas for the split second before i get the clutch up to the right spot not to buck.

i will say that there was no comfortable way to do it and i was laying my back on the doorsill for 10 minutes straight - that and i thought for sure that the bolts would be tighter than they were coming from the factory to loosen, but i returned them to about the initial tightness and everything seems fine.
