Sounds like an FA20 engine running to me.
Has it just started making that chirp sound.. ??
If you have changed gas, maybe it's just the HP fuel pump doing it cricket thing and you just noticed it .....
fer sure.
The "click" is most likely your A/C compressor's clutch engaging and disengaging.
