That is what happens when timing belt/chains jump or break. Not very often you get warning. All is good and then suddenly it isn't. Hopefully you didn't damage anything. I broke the belt in my turbo Talon and since they were an interference engine it blasted most of the valves through the head. It was messy. The bad news is that the FA 20 is also an interference engine. The good news is you didn't break the belt but just skipped it. It may be as easy to fix as popping a new belt on and making sure things are in the right place.

There are of course other things that it could be but that video is very telling. This is the very first case of this happening to a FA20 that I have read (there could be some I missed though) and I have to wonder if the pulley had anything to do with it. NOTE: I am not trying to start a another pulley debate here but it seems more than coincidental to me.
