Matched the tape on my STI skirts in thickness but double the width so I had to cut in half lengthwise. I managed to buy a sample roll they happened to have back in 2012 by asking politely over the phone. They wouldn't normally sell this to consumers at the time. |
Doubling the width will cause premature sagging and could make things inaccurate to install. 3M makes the tapes as thick as possible while maintaining the durability and not cause any sagging.
