At 6'6", I feel your pain. A low roof and non-telescoping steering wheel spells trouble for tall drivers. Because, if the roof is low, we have to do the "seat lean back" which requires a long telescoping steering wheel where you don’t have to do the "hunch forward - crook/side neck - leg jammed between steering wheel and center console". This can be alleviated by having a driver’s seat that can be lowered as much as possible, long seat tracks, and a steering wheel that tilts and telescopes as much as a VW or Mercedes. TOYOTA PLEASE LISTEN!!! TOYOTA, YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO MAKE THESE SMALL CHANGES THAT WILL MEAN THE WORLD TO VERY TALL DRIVERS!!!

Also, having a narrow/small center console and center stack helps a lot!

That was exactly my position when driving my buddy's Miata with the roof up! And I'm 'only' 6'3".
