It's not just a bolt you can replace easily. The bolt is actually welded on the underside. The dealership said they'll fix it under warranty. I came in for my first oil change, and played dumb and told them the pedal felt loose and if they can check it. I took off the cushioning before giving it to them.
They're taking their sweet time too, it's been over 2 weeks and they still have my car. It took a week just to get the part in. They weren't able to do it there, so they had to take it to a third party body shop. I've been driving in a rental minivan the last two weeks, and getting anxious to get my car back

. After many calls and runarounds, it looks like I'll have it back tomorrow. I'll probably have to apply the cushion again and hopefully I don't break it again
