So, I finally figured it out. Thanks to @

for finally agreeing with me it could be a clogged exhaust! Everyone else told me I was crazy for thinking that so I brushed it off. 5 months of stressing about this over winter, to finally get it running right is so relieving.
I took my front pipe out and the car ran perfectly. Loud as fuck lol, but ran great.
Now its time to buy car parts
