As per above. Drop-in air filter - just aftermarket air-filter element of stock sizing & to be used instead of OEM in stock airbox.
But, as thread title says about extra dusty environment, and as most often then less air filter resistance means also less filtering capabilities, then while OEM filter might be excessive for "normal" driving/city environment, thus no biggie replacing one that is chosen playing overcautious safe route by OE, then desert - certainly stock would be best choice. Exactly because there better filtering is not excessive.
P.S.
There might be alternative, such as TRD CAI. It may fit the bill better, that it gets less resistance/better flow not because of less filtering filter element, but because TRD's airbox is much bigger with bigger filter, thus less resistance is got via same airflow going through bigger filtering area, not via less filtering filter of stock size.
