Actually the type c were a reverse lip, but on our wheel, the lip section is a step lip design that goes back to more old school look. With a step lip, gives it a more multidimensional feel. In addition, the center caps dont have the big imitation center lug nut, making it more modern. So a combination of new and old design elements for a new wheel, perfect for a car that is paying homage to the old ae86. The only design element is probably really the holes on the side of the caps. But overall we are really pleased to have pieced together and creating a new design from wheels of yesterday. like nodding to the past and looking towards the future
