most dealers will install any "manufacturer aftermarket" parts for you at time of purchase. for example, in the current corolla, you can get a TRD lsd, TRD clutch, TRD suspension, etc... all dealer installed. all they need to do is order the parts and have their techs install the stuff.

would want LSD to come standard though. Or at least, as part of an optional track package with nicer brakes.

cruise control doesn't add weight. maybe 2 grams, if anything.

That way, adding a turbo and tuning won't be a real pain in the @$$. Even the NA guys should want this so that they can tune the ecu for N/A mods (which makes a big difference when it comes to N/A mods).
