@Wpomp The tire you have installed is the wrong size. It is about 1" too tall. 255/40 is the better size.
What suspension do you have installed?
You will need to raise the car or trim the tab quite a bit. It will likely need be trimmed to the point where the push tab is no longer there and the bumper would be held on from the other clips and from the "L" part of the bumper would be "hooked" on. But if you pull on the bumper, the "L" part of the bumper will be easily pulled off as the tab is no longer there.

1. raise car
2. change tires
3. trim bumper or let tires auto trim bumper by rubbing
