Appendix A Automobile Classes, page 148 of the rule book. Under D-Street Subaru BRZ (2013-16).
No mention of 2017 BRZ or 86 in the street class section at this time, so they're not eligible until classed. That having been said, they WILL be classed before Dixie I'm sure, and in the meantime, it would be up to your local region to enforce what class they feel the car is fit in until the national office officially places it. I think it's likely they'll be in CS.
