Turn to acc position and move leve "CLICK" and you can really feel it on the key. This was just looked at for the interlock problem on the ignition. Just wondering how normal this is. I can't recall this "CLICK" before . Anybody pull their column apart that can give me an idea as to what this solenoid is doing. It doesn't lock the column that's for sure. ANy help is appreciated. Everything is working it's just one of those things....

The interlock recall was just making sure some wires were plugged so it likely has nothing to do with this. Sure it hasn't always done it and you are just noticing in now since you were looking for something to have changed?
