Exactly! I have seen some beautiful jobs on wheels and I have seen some total crap ones. Prep it right and take your time applying it and they can look beautiful. For a while. Then the gravel and road debris will chew it apart. Once that happens you peel it off and put on a new coat. It really is that easy.
