Fix it because it's throwing off your AFR even if there's no code and that will adversely affect engine performance- you're losing power. Plus the possibilty of damaging stuff. Your fuel trims will be all screwed up and if the engine is dumping fuel into the cylinders to treat a lean condition that doesn't exist, you can end up washing down the cylinders and getting fuel in your oil- which is bad. Plus there's other bad things that can happen. It's not the O2 sensor. It's working and telling you that you fucked something up. Your exhaust may be new but you messed with it- fix it.
NEVER clear a code unless you KNOW what caused it.

I used the same gaskets considering how brand new the car is. I'll check for a leak tomorrow and get new gaskets if need be. We checked it through a friend's OFT and fuel trims seemed fine. Also got a deal on an OFT of my own so that'll help. Thanks!
