As the title states. Recently installed CNT UEL headers with an o2 spacer in my car and after a week a code appeared reading P2096 Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Lean Bank 1. I can't think of what might be causing the CEL. Possibly something with the o2 spacer? I don't think it could be an exhaust leak or faulty sensor considering its a brand new car (4K miles).

I cleared the code and it hasn't come back as of yet. I'm also not running a tune yet but I will be soon. Would the tune get rid of the CEL?
