Obviously this would come up as part of any investigation. I blew the photo up and could not spot the filler cap, but that doesn't mean anything. |
I too have had this happen(prior scion tc)! I had oil all over my engine bay and the guy I had do it(never went back) just shrugged and said, sorry about that. And used a oil soaked rag to wipe it up... SIGH. I now always check my oil cap after that.
