So, I'm in search of a putter and a gap wedge. The putter isn't a necessity, but I'd like to have some extra bling, instead of a 10 year old, intermediate putter in my bag. Budget would be ideally under $150 for the wedge and and under $100 for the putter. No qualms with going with last years clubs, as that's what I did with the Fly-Z stuff.
I'm an average golfer, judging that by being able to score around what my dad does, and he plays at least once a week, I'm at around once a month, sometimes more, sometimes less. So I don't need anything super fancy.

Don't mod just for the sake of modding. If the old one is performing well then why change just to change? If you do want a new one then think about what direction you want to go in and try a few and see what meets your need. Do you want it simple and effective so you can zip around the greens or really fancy so that it looks great but is only good for hard bagging at the clubhouse? People on the internet can't tell you what you need to do to your putter it is something you have to figure out for yourself.
