I am in the same situation as you since i live in an apartment and hit the track every couple of weeks, so pad changes dont make much sense.

I started out with Project Mu HC+ pads which have a huge operating window on paper. They were very good, nice bite and easy modulation on track with gradual fading as heat builds up on hot Texas days. Somewhat grabby on the street and noisy when braking lightly. Only had a couple of cold days in Austin, but they were still noticably better than stock in terms of stopping power.

I since switched to Carbotech XP10 for continuous use, since my commute is very short and I can live with noisy and grabby pads on the street. These havent faded on me yet, lets see what happens when temps go up.

And yes Motul 600 is good, never had any issues with it.
