His car is completely stock. I'd say DS 2500s are a good option for you. One our sessions are quite long, so you'll need to contend with heat build up. But if you need a single pad compound for track and daily use, you're definitely going to sacrifice somewhere (if not everywhere). The DS 2500 is probably the best option given your priorities and restrictions.
