With that budget, you will not find a quality coilover suitable for track work. My recommendation would be Racecomp Yellow springs on the OEM struts with camber plates, camber bolts, and if you can fit them in the budget, SPC rear LCAs. I think you'll be very close to your budget with a quality and well performing setup vs. spending that money on a subpar set of coilovers.
