Double check the spring preload and possibly try unhooking an endlink to see if the noise goes away. I would also rear the threads with other people who have the same coils to see if they have the same noise and what the fixes were.
Just like finch1750 said it's camber adjustment. Right and Left should be same setup. Most people dont touch camber setup at home because have to get alignment so go to alignment or tuner shop and tell them what you want for camber. i would go with -1.5 or -1.6 at front and -1.0 on rear

right height is similar or same on right and left?
I cant believe your friend installed camber that way lol
