Easy, take the number in your head that you're willing to spend, now cut that in half and put one part away for maintenance, go to used car website of choice, put in half of your budget and search for 'amg'
There's a couple E55's for <$10k near me, ~350hp/390ft-lbs
This article is 8 years old so 80% of the cars on it got even cheaper, a few went up in price, still a fun read.
