Either way, I would suggest you try doing a "reset" of that window.

Hold the passenger window switch on the DRIVER'S door all the way down for 10 seconds. Then hold the switch in the UP position for 10 seconds. This will reset the window.

I have had to do this before when my windows froze. However, in that scenario, the window switches on the driver's door would "flash" to warn me that something was amiss. Doing the reset has worked every single time this has happened.

I'm not sure if this will work for your particular situation, but it's worth trying!
