You won't even get close to blowing sound at sound-sensitive sites (93dB at 50') with the muffler delete in Street trim. Don't go kidding yourself about the other setups making more power either. Go with the lightest solution.
My preferred objective for designing an exhaust system is the lightest system that will meet the sound requirements, with the desired torque curve as a secondary factor for the header.
