I was speaking in general that Aftermarket > Factory, so I welcome the thought of there being a "Lower" cost version for the Scion line, so I can build it to my specs.

This all maters based on the engine platform chosen though. If it isn't mod worthy, which would go against what Scion is about, then I would go ahead and get the Toyota version.

It would spark a good conversation amongst enthusiast, not a ploy to say "Ha ha...you bought a higher dollar one of the same car and got whooped". I'm not a jerk/ahole like that. Not trying to convince anyone to buy the Scion version. Just saying what "I" would do should such an opportunity presented itself.

Don't see there being a Scion version anyway. For me it's going to be the base model regardless. After having the Touring Ed. 350z and upgrading stuff regardless, it was stupid to have not just went with the base model 350z for cheaper.
