I get that everybody doesn't get snow like we do but still find it hilarious that 2 inches of snow qualifies as a storm

And the thing that strikes me most about that video is stupid drivers in the snow is not just a local problem but happens everywhere where people should be used to snow and know better. But yea there is always somebody turned around on the side of the road or in a ditch that makes me question how they got that to happen.
