Funny how I've observed the exact opposite from working in large enterprise corporate office environment. The older folks don't give two shits about the company since they know all too well it will get outsourced anyway, probably got burned before one too many times. Us younger folks always think we can change the place for the better and would never give up the quality but also result in getting pwn3d eventually.
