Tcoat , I've completed my on-line literature research of this product called Cerma STM-3.
Executive summary:
Tcoat is right ....... it's mostly snake oil, with some modern day smoke and mirrors thrown in.
I figured where they got the name from; who came up with the "chemistry" language; who is the marketing "genius" and who is accounting for the money they are scraping in.

What chemistry is this product based on?
"Silicon carbide (SiC), also known as carborundum /kɑːrbəˈrʌndəm/, is a compound of silicon and carbon with chemical formula SiC. It occurs in nature as the extremely rare mineral moissanite. Silicon carbide powder has been
mass-produced since 1893 for use as an abrasive."
Now, I just know you folks are interested if finding out more about this product and the organization that is "marketing" it, so, I have deal for you.
