To be competitive?
Suspension: Adjustable coilovers, top hats for more camber, camber bolts, rear lower control arms to dial out too much rear camber
Wheels: 17x9....TR Motorsports stuff is pretty cheap nowadays
Tires: 245 or 255 Rival-S or RE71R
Power: Tune (power and extra rpm in 2nd) and Headers, assuming you already have exhaust
Top it off with a good alignment, I think that would be about the minimum to be "competitive"
