Seems to be a lot of variables that could cause stock shocks to blow out with aftermarket springs (drop height, quality of shocks, road conditions, driving habits, etc). I've owned cars that held up fine after years and others that have had shocks blow out after a week of driving.
That drop looks nice though. I will now usually either buy full COs or get a nice spring/shock combo.
