If that is something you absolutely must have, why not use some of several available shipping proxies? For example, myus.com. Ship to their US "address" and then they will ship it wherever you need. Of course, extra cost for handling/reshipping + extra shipping time, hence it's worth using mostly only for highly wanted items you are not able to get otherwise to make extra hassle worth it.
