Same here, phone calls are fine but it takes 3 times switching on and off bluetooth to get it to connect and plugged in it always doesn't work. I can't turn the unit off either, the dealer said it never turns off. I asked why does it have a power button then? They said well you can use the "turn off screen" feature. Weird I can't turn it off. Can you power off your head unit?
