I would think if the 17's are using the same throttle body, all the existing aftermarket intakes would be compatible.
And just my 2¢, I got a cold air intake right when I got my car in 2013. Performance wise, I don't think it's done a thing. But maintenance wise, it sure gives you a lot more room to work in the engine bay.
