When you increase horsepower, Oil Temps go up more. If you have a dedicated supercharged race car, or are tracking the supercharged car frequently, you would benefit from the Track Oil Cooler, especially if you live in warmer climates.
If you daily drive the car and occasionally track the car, the Dual Radiator/Oil Cooler would work great as well. If you live in colder climate areas, this would also be a good choice as well.
Picking which is right for you is dependent on the duties of your car.

Ah, I didn't know the T4 car was NA, thank you for the clarification. This is good to know since my (non-existent) track car will stay NA and my daily can keep the combo when I eventually SC it.
