Which is relevant because the car does not start so I had it towed to a shop this morning.

I've had a real s***storm of a week installing all of this once. Don't even get me started on the trouble I had with the dumb aftermarket crank pulley. Never even considering one of those again.
It doesn't list it on the product page when you purchase the tune -- but its important to know that remote tuning takes a while. It's typical to go 2 or 3 weeks with no response at times. This is the reality of the beast with any remote tuner who has a high workload. It isn't that mike isn't interested in helping -- its that he has bookings every day for shop-tunes, and works on remote tunes in other available time. Given that its the holidays, i'd expect a larger delay.
