Cat-back? As long as it's 2.25" or bigger, I don't think it matters. You're not going to see a noticeable difference between your HKS and anything else. The header and front pipe are where the major restrictions are. Header/front pipe/tune for power; cat-back for sound. That said, a free-flowing single exit canister exhaust with a catless header and catless front pipe is going to be louder than hell.
