The vast majority of the car is exactly the same. There are some minor changes to such things as the intake and exhaust that complicates but does not eliminate crossing parts.
The 86 coming out has not had any appreciable impact on the price of the older models. These are a middle to upper level deprecation vehicle anyway so the small facelift that was done really didn't change anything.
Prices vary significantly from region to region so your budget may or may not be good for your area. Take a look through Auto Trader or such for your area and see what they are asking for the cars at different levels of mileage, condition, etc. Keep in mind those are the prices that they are asking not necessary getting so you may be able to knock some down a bit. If you find they are high in your area and are prepared to travel a bit you can widen your search a bit. Deals are out there you just need to do some leg work.
