The dealer I ordered from is the highest volume dealer in Dallas. When I asked any of the other dealers in Dallas they said I should expect to get my car by the end of February

Definitely possible. I was sort of under the impression that orders don't apply to the regular allocation though, but I'm probably wrong. @
