I purchased a stock KIA harness and then swapped the plug that connects to the clock spring with the Scion plug, added pins for steering wheel wires and illumination, then added new sleeves to protect the wires. I think the harness is about $22 on ebay. It took 2 weeks to ship from Korea. I also found the controls themselves on ebay for about $20 or less even, from someone in the states. I wouldn't mind doing a write up in the future... I'll probably get around to one when I finish the new covers.
