The LTFT looks high positive +15% , which is a bit unusual, if you had residual petrol in tank it would be high negative.
Im suspecting you might have exhaust/intake leak, or your running a petrol tune :-) on E85

I flashed the E85 tune from shiv again just to make sure. First pic is after a rev and second is idle
