A drop-in filter is all you really need. It's already pulling air from the mouth of the bumper. The OEM intake is very very well optimized. Most of the CAIs "make" power by leaning out the AFR, which is bad. The one that doesn't is GrimmSpeed. They have a thread covering the development and testing of their intake, and they did a great job with it. If you really want an intake and you're not going to get a tune to address the AFR issue, get a GrimmSpeed intake. Otherwise, get a drop-in filter and call it a day.
